      By far the best company I have ever worked for. mbg is not just a dead end job it is a great career with opportunities to grow with promotions and to learn with paid classes. Great work environment and friendly staff. We train all of our employees. Our veteran more experienced employees are always willing to teach and help our newer employees. The people in this company are really what make this company so great. I would and I have recommended this company to friends and family.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to assist with crabby consumers.

      Pros

      MBG was and still is like a second family. I met some awesome people and got to work alongside people who genuinely wanted the best for all. When anyone is in need, everyone pulls together in a group effort to help no matter how far they need to go to get there.

      Cons

      As with any field, there are challenges in the property management industry. MBG always works hard to navigate through them with their employees best interest in mind.

      Strong support from your first day and going forward. The owner is 100% reachable and always has a listening ear. If your looking for a long term career with a company that puts their employees 1st definitely reach out to MBG Property Management
