Pros
Opportunity for self improvement is vast. There will always be scope to learn something new, either from peers or dedicated courses. Brilliant team spirit from all. Each day can be different, ultimately there are the usual scenarios, however, there is usually something thrown into the mix to keep you on your toes.
Cons
Some of the onboarding processed for new employees seem a little clunky, however, the colleagues we work with more than make up. Everyone is more than happy and capable of supporting where necessary.
