Pros
Business very supportive of employees, cares for it's staff. Great people to work with. Excellent grad scheme. Great attitude towards training and development. Slowly but positively modernizing it's practices to adapt to a younger workforce. Managers seem to genuinely care about their staff - good 'management ethos'. Great attitude and support for diversity. Low staff turnover. Reliable and fair bonus scheme. Paid overtime. Christmas gift for each employee (usually a bottle of Proseco) - This sounds simple but with the number of staff within the company it is actually quite a large investment in cost and logistics.
Cons
Slow advancement after grad scheme. Company has an excessive aversion to risk that can make championing the simplest initiatives a full-time effort. Decision makers resistant to change.
