I am referring here to the digital arm of MBC (Shahid) Toxic Culture. Many people are promoted not for their qualifications but based to which group of people they belong into the organization. HR are not empowered. Kindergarden work environment where someone will get angry and start a war on you if you just state a different opinion. Many managers in the head quarters do side projects and use remote employees inside the company for that. Corrupted environment The products are not led by data, but by what others are doing and let us immitate them.
