Pros
FSA, highest insurance plan is pretty good, birthday leave, responsive managers (though spoken content could use more clarity and precision), respect for time off the clock. Have never had overtime requests denied because there's always work to do.
Things to get used to: you will be on camera at your workstation.
Cons
Very focused on daily quotas. Ergonomics not great for work volume. Factory line approach for operations staff (distribution, accessioning, histology, and grossing departments). No sick leave, can't opt for unpaid time off if you have PTO on hand. Point system for clocking in.
