Really nice people, for the most part. Cool tech with opportunity to explore different career paths

Unfortunately, there are a couple toxic personalities in key areas, especially within Operations, Financially, the company seems to be struggling—they hired aggressively but are now unable to support the headcount. This has resulted in consecutive layoffs and an overall sense of instability. Given the current situation, I wouldn’t recommend joining the company right now, as there’s a real risk they may not be able to sustain new hires long-term.

MASV has a fantastic remote work culture. Having the flexibility to balance work and home life has been a life-changer for me and my family. The team is super fun, knowledgeable, and supportive, and everyone is aligned toward a common goal. MASV offers all the best parts of start-up culture: a growing team, tons of opportunities to apply your skills and learn new ones while tackling challenges that solve real customer problems. The product is solid and keeps getting better. Product market fit has been established and we have a growing roster of super cool tier-one media clients.

As a small team, we're still building out some foundational processes. Not really a con, just something that will continue to evolve as we grow.
