      Pros

      Many of the people are very nice. They are accommodating with hours when they can be. Career growth opportunities are good because turnover is constant.

      Cons

      Atmosphere in some cases is too laid back, but also the most tense place I have ever worked. I know that is an oxy moron, but it EXTREMELY disorganized and changing direction every-other moment. You are expected to read minds, and when you cannot you are treated hostilely.

      Family owned business, growing company with an owner who is actively involved in the company. Good paying job with profit sharing.

      Cons

      Senior leadership too focused on the bottom line and their own status. If you put your employees and customers first, the rest will follow.
