Toxic environment. Management consults only a small group of directors and ignores rest of the employees. Most of the directors are ignorant, occasionally rude and everyone's first priority is to satisfy the management by putting the blame on someone else. Schedules are too tight. Consider every single task you are assigned a top priority. The number of employees is huge compared to the building size therefore open space offices are noisy.
