      no 401k match, BUT profit sharing IF profitable. The independent retailer business is down, so if you get into this business, understand that you must focus efforts on builder business

      Pros

      Management doesn't bother you it is very relaxed. The work hours are 8 to 430 which is nice too.

      Cons

      The office environment is all drama and back stabbing and full of tension. Mgmt needs to take notice of this and see what is going on.
