-You are not a person, just a number. -In lieu of raises, incentive plans are given which are then changed, removed, or they lay you off when it's time for payout. -Layoffs are frequent and severance contracts are used to keep previous employees quiet. (The median tenure according to their LinkedIn is 1.5 years.) -They work hard to pay their consultants the least they possibly can so that they receive as much of the commission as possible. -Employees are expected to use their own equipment and are often not provided with a company laptop. -Employees are frequently expected to attend events during the evenings and on weekends. -They are moving an increasing amount of their workforce overseas. -They expect employees to be available and online at all times.
