Going downhill quickly - Anonymous employee MAPFRE Insurance Employee Review

HORRIBLE computer systems, management has absolutely no clue what's going on. In the ECC the new philosophy is for everyone to do everything that is from customer service to first notice of loss and this is for a wide range of companies between ACIC, CIC, MAPFRE (new and old), CWIC and this is making for very stressed out employees who have no clue what they're doing. From supervisors and up there is zero support. It's very unfortunate that the company operates this way and continues to push the good employees out the door.
