      Benefits, People, Culture, recent profitability, and IT transformation mindset

      Cons

      MAPFRE USA is a very top down, old school organization. This culture is amplified by it's Spanish corporate parent's culture. Fully remote work is discouraged so the talent pool is often limited to the central Massachusetts area.
