      There is some good flexibility in being able to jump to other jobs. Training is more geared toward tech people.

      Cons

      Very little parental leave for newborns, inflexible remote working hours, very small match on 401k, no sick days, only 20 days of PTO until you've been passed 5 years, high turnover in many contracts due to better benefits with other organizations.
