Pros
Nice job locations Friendly recruiters
Cons
-"comprehensive benefits package" is not that great, then the company doesn't automatically give you your vacation days. 7 years in and I was collecting leave as a new hire -Several years the company "doesn't have money for annual raises" yet makes over 2 billion in profits a year. -Doesn't provide a Statement of Work. You'll get hired for one job, and fill 2-3 other positions because of high turn over rates. - Hires under-qualified people to just put bodies in positions to make overhead - Requires to work unpaid "on-call" hours. cannot travel while on-call, must come in within 1 hour of being called, does not pay for time travel to come in. -Terrible management -Forced to use PTO on federal holidays that Mantech doesn't recognize (Colombus day, Juneteenth, etc) -While working overseas: received a 10 dollar starbucks card for a christmas gift. The card was only accepted at US locations. What more would you expect from a multi-billion dollar DoD company. While working overseas, refused to take German doctor notes for time off due to "german doctors exaggerate the time you need off" after a kidney surgery. Overall, just a very terrible company. You're just $$$ to them with no room for promotion. The harder you work, the more tasks but the same pay.
