Pros

Co-workers having to band together and form friendships out of working under abuse is the only thing that can come close to being a positive.

Cons

Owner - Ben is one of the worst human beings you will ever deal with. I have never been yelled at so much over nothing. He was so close to my face that he spit on me. Stay away at all costs. It is not worth it no matter what he is offering.

MANCOMM Response

First, I want to highlight the fact that you mention coworkers banding together. That is part of our core values now, to engage in insightful cooperation with team members. While the context of the situation you describe is far from the reality of where Mancomm is today, I'm sorry you felt that you experienced any pressure. We've had a huge shift in culture and the way things are run in the past year, and we truly strive to see that every employee is living a life fulfilled. I wish you only the best in your endeavors, Ben Mangan, CEO

Pros

My coworkers have been great, but I can’t say the same about the company itself. I really thought working here would be a great career opportunity, so imagine my disappointment when I found out that MANCOMM is nothing more than just a chaotic, dysfunctional mess run by greedy clowns. Don’t waste your time like I did and stay away.

Cons

MANCOMM has got to be one of the worst companies you could ever work for! The company is led by incompetent leadership that constantly makes terrible decisions, solely driven by profit without any regard to the people around them. Employees are constantly leaving because of how stressed and exhausted they always are; having to deal with huge workloads, brutal demands, high expectations, and zero support would definitely burn me out. The salary is pretty awful as well, with the base pay being a lot lower compared to what other companies are offering.
