      Pros

      I started in August and honestly, I've felt welcome from the day I started, people get their work done and I have a great team. Your efforts are appreciated and you aren't just a number. I really enjoy my job!

      Cons

      Not really a con but...sometimes the workload is quite high, but that's because the company is growing so quickly. Keeps me busy anyway and I'd much prefer it to having nothing to do!!

      Pros

      I will be leaving soon because of the impact it is having on my family is just not worth it. I work to live not live to work. You know somethings wrong when your spending more time at work than at home. I partly blame that on MAN Commercial who pay terrible low wages and who are always asking you to do overtime knowing your desperate for the money. My wife keeps telling me to find a better security company to work for and one that cares about its staff.
