      Pros

      First - MAI has changed their name from MAI Wealth Advisors to MAI Capital Management. The clients and work are interesting and engaging. Unique learning opportunities. The hours are good. The pay is adequate.

      Cons

      You are expected to clock in and out. Few key people are totally out of touch and extremely unprofessional. There is very little teaching or growth. Several processes are out of date- Need to upgrade softwares, etc. Older employees fear change and refuse to adapt.
