      Good pay if you're on a salary.

      Cons

      Supervisors dont get paid overtime. The company keeps piling more work on people. no real appreciation from management. It is always about numbers and the bottom line. IF hourlys make accusations and you are salary youre automatically at fault.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
