      Being part of an organisation with a solid foundation of expertise in the automotive powertrain business, who are always striving to align it's core business directives, with the needs and aspirations of its employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes hindered in its drive for success by the slow and often malfunctioning cogs of its German based parent company.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
