Pros
Work hours, remote work, and PTO flexibility is very good for most, but not all teams,
There are many areas of learning opportunity here and it will definitely become a resume padder after a couple years.
There is relatively low accountability, which could be considered a con, but it also leads to lower stress. This is a place where you can make mistakes and I suggest you do what you can to learn and make those mistakes over the course of a couple years before moving on to somewhere else.
Cons
You should not expect to make an above average salary here for any position. Folks go years without even a cost of living adjustment.
Lack of focus from the top has everyone jumping around from one thing to the next leading to never truly being able to perfect, or even make something really great.
A single point of critical decision making for all areas of the business is just not how a business can operate.
