It pays the bills and Bonuses are pretty decent for leases and renewals
Cons
Serious favoritism so unless you are so and so buddy you will not advance, lack of professionalism, constant change in policies (literally everyday), don't know who you can trust because anyone higher up from property manager to corporate levels do not have your best interest at heart. Due to the constant changes in policy everyone is always stressed looking for an out.
