We continue to make investments in providing a best-in-class environment for our staff and competitive compensation packages to attract And retain the best talent. We're incredibly proud of our staff retention rate which helps retain our culture and deep industry knowledge.

We would add, though, that we haven't had attrition of more than 3 people of our 105 staffers in over a year and the position you listed above only relates to one person who was terminated for severely poor performance and was asked to be removed from our accounts staff by 2 clients directly. Every experience, good or not as good, is an opportunity for us to improve our hiring and screening practices so that we identify the best fit for our teams and clients. So while we're not excited to receive such a negative mark on our Glassdoor profile, we thank you for your feedback. We will assuredly be introspective after reading your feedback to get better every day and we hope we've provided you valuable experience and feedback to help you in your professional endeavors.
