      Freedom to use different tecnologies. Easy to move internally to another team. Challenging projects.

      Cons

      Low maturity level in many projects. A lot of toil to handle. No main tech directives. The main focus is to build/support third-party products.

      Pros

      + flexible schedule + pays 2 or 3 salaries in annual result program + pays good salaries + offers free cofee, biscuits and popcorn + good health care and dental plans + nice environment and work life balance (depends on the team) + home-office is possible

      Cons

      + M4U prefers looking for skilled development managers outside instead of trainning/give oportunities to senior developers/specialists growing in their carrier inside. + Senior people hardly ever will get a better position (technical management for example) inside de company
