Management only cares about the client—it doesn't matter if the work is unclear or the workload is excessive. Test cases are often poorly structured or uninformative, which creates a lot of unnecessary stress. They talk about teamwork and other values, but none of that is actually put into practice. They don't care about their employees. Please don't apply here.
