Dear Sir / Ma'm - Thanks much for taking the time to leave your thoughts on Glassdoor. We see that you posted the review in Jan of 2014. Just wanted to point out a couple of inaccuracies. 1) "Hardly 3 - 4 people on Payroll" : As of 2014, we had 59 employees and majority of our employees have been directly on our Payroll. That is one thing that we have always prided ourselves on. 2) "Claims of being a big company" : We have always aspired to be a big company - but we have never (even today) claim ourselves to be a big company. We have doubled in size every year since our inception in 2010 and today we are approx. 300 engineers 'small' 3) As for the offshore resources, we have 2 Development Centers (1 in Pune and 1 in Hyderabad) and we are a certified Offshore Development Center for huge logos in the Banking and Financial Services, B2C Insurance, B2B Insurance and retail space and we have more than 100+ employees supporting our client directly from offshore with direct daily client interactions. We believe that the doubling of offshore team competency over the years is a proof in the pudding that we are delivering quality work exceeding our clients' expectations. We have always been open and rely upon feedbacks of our employees to make ourselves better day-after-day. but request you to reflect the right facts in public forum and not misrepresent the data please.
