Pros

The company is fast growing with a very dynamic environment and there is always a lot to do as work. You will learn so much that you will always be able to showcase as knowledge. Salary is always on time Work culture is okay in a lot of ways but lot of pressure and your leaders are not supportive

Cons

1. Lot of pressure work environment 2.company changes SOP every month and doesn’t really have a sense of working around (CRM) 3. The senior team and your leaders will always put you under the bus to save themselves 4. Mentally stressfully as it’s a very very aggressive environment with clients expectations are very very high 5. All the employees are mentally burnt out (only dedicated employees) while people who are not taking things seriously, they just chill and the pressure is directed to the people who get the job done . 6. Pay scale is highly variable as same people in the same job profile gets half and double of each other. 7.Managment changes and makes sudden changes . No standard procedures

Pros

For a company employee, salary is decent. Hourly wages are not too bad. Lots of safety training. Good safety record. Great benefits.

Cons

Contract employees are not paid very well. Infact, a lot of them feel as though they are treated as second class citizens. This is specific to the Brownwood site. I did not get the same sense at other sites. Some department specific training leaves a lot to be desired. Time off in some departments is very hard to get. You may have plans, but if they need you you are expected to cancel your vacation. Under current management, morale is low. Revolving door on contract positions. Hard to keep young engineers in the Brownwood location. It is a good place to get your foot in the door with a good company. Hiring practices leave a lot to be desired and on some levels don't make a lot of sense. Good contract workers with a good work ethic and supervisor recommendations are not always hired when positions become available. Practice is to hire some unknowns off the street. Most hourly workers in the departments work rotating shifts. Shifts rotate on a weekly basis. Definitely not good for sleep cycles and your health.

Pros

Good learning exposure and technical depth, mostly depends on team

Cons

Poor management, family office run, so more micro-managing.
