Pros

Clean environment and for the most part coworkers are pretty cool.

Cons

They constantly talk about how important their team is and how much they value you. They keep expecting more and more out of you with little reward, they offer no real benefits, they don't want to give you a raise even if you have been there for years and have actively saved them money and time, they pay the production team slightly more than other people so they think they can get away with exploiting you and the moment they feel like you are not useful they just get rid of you. They are a growing company that pretends to be ideal but in reality they are manipulative and make decisions that are "best" for the company and that means there is no stability. The management team are the only people that seam to matter, everyone else is just a tool to be used at the highest efficiency. If you are desperate of money and need a job for a bit you can give them a try but do not expect anything to come out of long term loyalty to them, because they do not have it for you. Stay for as long as you need to but get out before they have used you up and thrown you away.

Pros

M3D is a pretty decent place in the grand scale of good and bad jobs to work for. If you're part of the production team the pay is adequate and on par with other similar jobs in the area. They take pride in having generally relaxed working environment and a casual dress code. The people who work there are polite and some even genuinely like each other. As of writing this they have still have semi flexible hours depending on production needs. It can be very convenient to take a day off for doctor's appointments and other things life throws your way. Management is understanding and reasonable in requests that are made in advance.

Cons

Working at this company can be very frustrating at times. There is a lack of organization, clear structure and follow through. Underneath all the polite smiles and talk of being a close knit company/team there is a real division between management, engineers, owners and the production team. This generally wouldn't be a big problem if it didn't lead to additional confusion and if it wasn't the exact opposite of what they say they want to practice. There seems to be little chance of advancement for team members regardless of what managment pep talks promise. Two years (and some months) and no one (to my knowledge) has been promoted in either title or pay even if additional responsibilities were added to their daily routine. And if there were why were they not acknowledged or celebrated?
