Pros
Fun people to work with
Get to meet pretty cool customers and have good conversations
Pay is pretty good, especially with the tips!
Gorgeous area to work in, especially in the summer
Cons
The managers don’t seem to care very much about you. They let me go with only a week notice because they got slower than expected and didn’t have room on the schedule for me.
Also, if you’re not overly social and customer servicey, they will talk to you about being more energetic. Even people who I thought were really engaged with customers, weren’t talkative enough to management.
They didn’t seem to care that I was working in areas where I was not comfortable. I got hired in to work in a certain area, but was put on the schedule a couple times a week in a different area where I had no experience.
