Would recommend - Airframe Mechanic M2 Services Employee Review

On a management standpoint, M2 had their quality program and their HR processes well spelled out in an easy to access website making management much smoother for a day to day process. Other companies can learn from their format of Safety/Quality programs.

The health insurance could improve, but most companies nowadays struggle with finding affordable health coverage.

Decent pay - I make more than the government workers I work with by a long shot. Mediocre benefits - Insurance isn't bottom-of-the-barrel, but it's close.

Management is clueless. They have no formal training as managers and it shows. They treat their people with disdain and condescension, even if you are a military retiree with over 20 years of experience. The 401K (if you can even call it that!) is a joke. There's no matching contribution form the company, even though their contract is for 30+ million dollars/year. They're making their money!
