      People do what they say they're going to do. There's a high level of integrity and professionalism. You will find smart people who work hard to run a solid company. Generally speaking, clients that know M Squared love M Squared.

      Cons

      Despite 25+ years in the Bay Area the company struggles with identity. M Squared is not a well known name in consulting.

      Pros

      Owners are very organized, supportive, and trustworthy people. They have advanced knowledge in EHS and do an excellent job.

      Cons

      Contract work so you are at will of the client.

      Pros

      The support team in the California offices seem to be very consistent with their support and they are nice people to work with. They check in to make sure your needs are met and to follow up on any issue you might have with your client or contract.

      Cons

      The benefits are not great. The options are very limited. But on the flip side, you can get a higher rate given the limited resources they offer.
