      Pros

      There is nothing positive to say about this sweatshop.

      Cons

      50% cut in pay, too many managers, no consistency, no respect for MTs. The list goes on and on.

      Pros

      The community is excellent and management is reasonable. People collaborate well, and it is a good place to learn new skills and develop new ideas. The disability accommodations are unparalleled.

      Cons

      Pay. The yearly raises do not keep up with inflation. Each year more work is met with less compensation.
