Thank you for taking the time to write this review, it is greatly appreciated. You are right, what goes around does come around. We have no fear in that seeing as we put so much greatness out there in terms of how we pay, treat, assist and trust our employees. We run a very fun and comfortable office in which our employees feel is one big family. Not to mention that our specialists that choose our commission option are more than happy with the amount of money they make. We do offer different pay structures, it is discussed and determined with our hiring manager during a second interview. Our HR coordinator contacts and only books candidates that are qualified and that would be a great fit for our team. Our interviewing structure consists of 2 interviews before a decision is made. We understand that as a company there are going to be negative reviews by either employees or clientele. It is across the board with every company.
