Sometimes extended work (flexibility:) ) Startup, so not great management. Things are improving!

Average Salary and Remote/Hybrid work.

1. Work timing is 10-7. 2. Make you work on Saturday and Sunday even if you are intern. 3. No leave during festival even that festival belongs the my religion (not even one day). 4. Hired me as a intern but need to be available like I'm a full-time employee. 5. No incentive. No promotion. No growth. Only work. They don't care about nothing else. 6. Being intern I have more work load and tasks with shorter deadline than my colleague who is a full time employee and gets more salary than me. 7. No value for your overtime. 8. Unrealistic deadlines to complete the project (solo no team). 9. Literally "Zero" learning. I learnt more things from College than here.
