      - Open Door policy, anyone can talk to anyone, even to CEO or Chairman. - Once or twice annual company gathering. - Work from Home allowance. - Mental health allowance. - Free mental health coaching with AMI. - Generous Paid Leaves. - Good salary. - Fun work environment. - People are kind, understanding and supporting. - Allowing mistakes and encourage employees to learn.

      Cons

      - No Insurance benefits for Indonesian. - No Tax subsidies for Indonesian. - Higher management failed to address a financial problem in advance, resulting a quite huge number of employee layoffs.
