      -Concern on cash runway -High turnover (voluntary and involuntary) -Challenged path to profitability -Exec team is incompetent - they have music experience, but do not know how run a company -Execs are friends of the CEO -Execs come and go frequently -Execs do not listen to staff and are not transparent -Multiple layoffs with likely more to come -No focus on the product - always changing directions -No 401k match

      Everyone is very passionate about music and redefining the ticketing experience for live entertainment.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace with office politics and gossip. Normal pains of a startup, but overall did not feel like a safe "open door policy" environment to speak up or voice concerns.
