Pros
Pay is competitive when compared to the other larger security companies. Depending on the location you work, you are not micromanaged by supervisors or upper management. Relatively easy job if you are not looking for a challenge.
Cons
Call-offs are frequent which results in management needing you to work overtime. Supervisors can become a nuisance and distract you from your job. Management is not very competent. Nepotism within the company. Very few options when it comes to benefits available to employees. Practically no opportunity for promotion.
