Pros
Some of my co-workers are great. I have a job. I get a paycheck and can eat most days.
Cons
Applied for a job posting for one job title, was brought in and told the job was a different job title, and then once I got through the door they hid I was a completely different title. Of course that title was a much lower title than I originally applied for and they told me about. I left another job for this one. If I had known I was leaving it for such dishonesty I would have never left. Once they get you through the door what are you going to do? HR should never allow this craziness to occur. They also tell you that there is tons of room for improvement to then find out that people have been in the same exact position for almost 20 years. The only people that seem to be developed are the people they hire at lower positions and then promote to the actual positions they should be in to begin with. Not exactly developing. But hey maybe I have a chance to get into the job I actually applied for to begin with. Don't waste your time.
