Not enough structure behind what needs to be done.

The people onsite are incredible. I have never struggled to get an answer on something I’ve needed or been looking for. Being able to see everyone regardless of their position come together for the success of the property is such a great thing. If you thrive on people interactions, you’d be a great fit here. The culture is centralizing on our people and getting to be apart of that has been a highlight from my time here.

There is a decent amount of turnover, not always as a bad thing but in career growth opportunities too. It is nice to see employees leave to continue furthering their career goals where sometimes Lyon is just short on properties so support their growth. This really is credit to our training department, managers and everyone supporting their growth.
