The people here are awesome and the work is interesting. Health insurance for yourself is free. Decent 401k match too.

Benefits can get expensive for family, but I heard they recently improved this. I can’t think of anything else. I genuinely loved my time there. If I hadn’t gotten another opportunity dropped on my lap that was much better benefits-wise for my current situation.

The culture is gone. They hired an efficiency "expert" and the micromanagement is very stifling. They have moved from inviting creativity to wanting time clock punchers. The entire management of this company is either related or friends, if you're not part of that group its very uncomfortable. Management is dishonest about everything. Healthcare is basically non-existent.
