Pros
Being a small to medium company, the communication within and between teams is great. They are also able to pivot priorities quickly as required. The culture is open and honest, which is refreshing
Cons
Pivoting priorities can sometimes be challenging if you aren't up for quick change. The pay is decent, but not what I was accustomed to as a technical writer. That being said, the tech writer space has changed so much during the pandemic and due to AI advancements, making the pay likely average instead of lacking.
