This made it difficult to build continuity within teams or maintain momentum on projects. A significant issue sits within the e-commerce function. Leadership in this area was consistently dismissive, uncommunicative, and lacking in support. Direction was unclear or absent, and feedback was minimal, leaving team members to operate without proper guidance. Multiple people left the team during this period, which had a clear negative impact on morale and performance.
