Pros

Based in beautiful Marylebone offices, LYMA is unlike any other workplace. An unparalleled cocktail of wellness, beauty and technology. Think Apple, crossed with Chanel and Dior. Unlike these super-brands, however, the products are genuinely life-changing and that's the difference working here. You see the customer advocacy and comments on improvements made to their lives. From lessening anxiety via the Supplement to helping smooth skin or scars from the LYMA Laser. The company is very generous. Frequent team-building events, fresh fruit and weekly workouts, amongst other perks (Apple Macbook Pro laptops for all, Vitality private healthcare, F&F discounts, etc). Everyone is extremely talented, friendly and fun to be around.

Cons

A challenging workplace to enter, especially if from a large corporation, used to being told what to do. Startup mentality will thrive.

Pros

Cons

Working at LYMA was a challenging experience due to a lack of clear direction and consistent leadership. The overall environment felt disorganised, with priorities frequently shifting and little strategic alignment from senior management. There is also a notably high level of staff turnover, with employees regularly joining and leaving within short periods. This made it difficult to build continuity within teams or maintain momentum on projects. A significant issue sits within the e-commerce function. Leadership in this area was consistently dismissive, uncommunicative, and lacking in support. Direction was unclear or absent, and feedback was minimal, leaving team members to operate without proper guidance. Multiple people left the team during this period, which had a clear negative impact on morale and performance.
