Nepotism!! Not customer service focused AT ALL Customer orders are always delayed - suppliers don't get paid on time. Goods aren't properly QC'd before delivery, no accountability @ the warehouse High monthly refunds - has been for many years Management priorities high net worth interior designer orders + family & friends over retail customers Made to work on over 15 spreadsheets at a time Unnecessary meetings weekly with no substance or goal especially the company all hands... all noise.. Overworked & underpaid No career progression + yearly review are delayed Toxic office work environment Made to work over Christmas when suppliers are closed and customers have already forgotten about their late order
