      Great people at Lutron. Everyone was great to work with for the most part. Working on the road is tough and with a several hour time difference many challenges await.

      Cons

      East Coast Based for all technical support. Training is lacking.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
