      Relaxed, no strict rules, they have a lot of fun activities for the employees in the summer, treat each other like family

      Cons

      There's a lot of self-motivation needed. You get out of the company whatever you put in it. Also there's nothing to do in Coopersburg but drink.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
