      Product quality Technology-foward Almost endless - albeit poorly utilized - resources: people, money, facilities

      Inbreeding, not open to new perspectives If not part of the inner circle, you will never advance even one level Management by consensus incredibly slow, cumbersome, inefficient

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
