Cons
No accredited training for SPD. Lots of drama between the shifts. People in management lack leadership skills, and are under qualified. Upper management, the director, is equally just as bad. You can tell people are in these roles without genuinely knowing the job. It is alarming how they are out of critical supplies all the time, not sure how they even are able to operate half the time. There is no room for growth unless you brown nose administration.
