Pros

You will meet so many wonderful, talented people working here. And, you'll have the opportunity to travel the country (and sometimes the world) visiting bartenders in their hometowns! The very best part is seeing the career and personal growth that programs like Camp Runamok and Portland Cocktail Week provide to folx in the hospitality industry. Seeing the good you can put out into the world first hand is so special and you'll see plenty of that here.

Cons

Sometimes the days (or weeks) are long and things move fast around here. If you like variety, face paced environments and problem solving something new everyday, this is the place for you.

Pros

Lush Life has such a great team of people and are doing things that most other agencies in their space aren't or better! I worked with the company remotely, and communication was very easy, feedback was usually immediate, and everyone was helpful with and considerate of other's needs. Lindsey is a gem and has a way of making you feel like you can do anything, Couldn't recommend working with this company any more.

Cons

Working remotely with a company can be difficult when it comes to keeping up with everyone's separate projects and deadlines. Some projects require staff to be on site, so some meetings are missed. If you're not on top of everything, some projects can fall between the cracks.

Pros

This company does a LOT for the beverage trade which the corporate companys arent particularly good at. The travel perks and industry connections are great. They execute a lot of unique curated events in partnership with major Liquor companys. Both founders are very smart in their own way and have created something great. That said, they dont have experience running a business or managing people. One is socially awkward and the other is a little too social. Both dont focus on actually running a proper business. I dont even think the company generates money.

Cons

The company is founded by 2 friends who don't have experience working in the industry-they just have made a lot of friends in the industry by throwing cool events with different sponsors. Very little direction from management. Required to work crazy hours. Very scrappy start up style with no structure in place or funding.
