Pros
Relaxed place to work. You can pretty much be how you want. Great place to work if work is not a priority to you.
Cons
There's no clear direction or leadership throughout. Everything seems to be last minute and not thought through. Nobody actually knows anything - your manager wont know, and will call a headoffice department - who wont know, so they'll put you on hold whilst they ask someone else/direct you to someone else, That person will then google the answer and proceed to say its up to you. All are welcome, unless you disagree with them, then youre not welcome.
