Honestly, one of the worst work experiences I’ve had. The company lacks any sense of professionalism. Management feels threatened if someone smarter joins the team. They’ll try to tear you down. Junior team members are treated like absolute rubbish. They’ll take you out for parties and pretend to be all friendly, but behind closed doors, they mock and laugh at you. It’s all just a facade. When something goes wrong or they lose a client, the blame is just thrown around the team — no accountability at the top. If you value your mental health, your career growth, or just basic respect at work — steer clear. There are way better places out there.
