Pros
I love the people that I work with on a daily basis. No job is perfect, it's all about what you make of it, and the people that you are surrounded with. In my case, I am surrounded by by people that are always willing to lend a hand. Even if no one in my immediate work group can answer a particular issue, one or more will always volunteer to help research and validate to come up with the perfect solution. Management is understanding when personal issues arise.
Cons
The company is growing quickly, which is a great thing, but this can cause a strain on current employees as they have to extra duty while additional help is hired and trained.
